I had Southside Plumbing come out to take care of clean outs to my main sewer line in my backyard. When they found those packed with mud, they made a date to come back. They basically had to re-do almost everything a smaller plumbing company had done which, needless to say, was very upsetting to me.

The Southside Plumbing Crew was great!! They were enthusiastic and knowledgeable about what they were doing, and enjoyed their work. They kept saying that Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction; making certain the Customer is pleased before they leave the job, is the most important thing to them. What took the previous plumber over 4 weeks to do as they hand-dug, Southside was able to do in 1 day. They made certain the sewer line was totally clear before leaving. They had to jet-spray the line 3-4 times as it was completely packed – obviously the previous plumber didn’t check to see this had been done.

Southside Plumbing has my business from here on!!! Where I had been treated horribly before and my place left in awful condition inside and out, Southside Plumbing treated me with the utmost respect and made sure my property was left looking neat before they left the property. You’re the Best!

Wishing we would have started with this company after having a very unpleasant experience with a different company first. We had to have the pipes replaced from the sewer line to the house. Great price, great workers and amazing job done.
